At Pasquale Bruni, we want you to be completely satisfied with your exquisite jewelry; therefore, we offer a 14-day return window for items in their original, unworn condition with all security tags intact. Please note that personalized or custom-made creations are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our Concierge Service or log into your account portal within 14 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place your jewelry in its original velvet box and protective packaging, ensuring the warranty card and original invoice are included inside the shipping carton.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Attach the pre-paid insured shipping label provided by our team to the outside of the box, ensuring no previous tracking labels are visible.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our master jewelers verify the piece's condition and authenticity, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
